Why do my views keep dropping?

Falling views are noisy — the baseline multiple tells you whether anything is actually wrong.

Views usually keep dropping because recent posts are landing at or below your baseline — often regression after a strong post, or format fatigue as the audience tires of the same structure. Raw view counts also swing a lot on their own, so a "drop" can be noise. Compare each post to your median: if they are near or below 1×, that is a content signal to fix with stronger hooks; if they are still beating your baseline, the view dip is mostly noise.

Posteriks finds posts that beat their own account baseline in your niche and helps you build your own version — not a copy. Check your own post free →

Do not react to raw view counts — react to the multiple. If posts are dipping below your baseline, model outliers in your niche to lift them back above it.

Whatever the metric, the fix is the same: find what already beats the baseline in your niche and rebuild it. See viral posts by topic or test a post in the Baseline Beat Checker. More in Answers.

FAQ

Is dropping views a shadowban?

Usually not. Check Account Status, then compare posts to your baseline — most drops are regression or fatigue, not suppression.
