Controller
The controller of your personal data is Obuchowa Lena, NIP 8992893783, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 95, 53-332 Wrocław, Polska. Contact for any privacy matter: privacy@posteriks.com.
What we collect
- From our forms: your email; optionally a link to your YouTube channel or Facebook page (or your niche), your Telegram username, the option you chose (for example “done for you”), the language and the page you came from.
- Technical data: IP address and time of submission, to prevent spam and abuse.
- If you buy a service: your name and billing details, processed through the payment provider. We do not store card data.
- Telegram: if you write to us or our bot on Telegram, Telegram’s own privacy policy also applies.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To reply to your request and prepare an offer — steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To deliver the services you buy and issue invoices — contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- Waitlist and founding-offer emails — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Protection against spam and abuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
Analytics or advertising cookies are loaded only after you agree in the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data — up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and invoicing data — as long as accounting and tax law requires (usually 5 years). Waitlist email — until launch plus a follow-up period, or until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate — hosting, email delivery and payments — acting on our instructions. Where a provider is outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@posteriks.com. You may also complain to the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
